Refund for Goods and Services
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods and services: or depending on the supplier's policy.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our website for any of the following reasons:
- Item is broken; Customers must submit pictures within 48 hours of delivery.
- Item does not match description; or
- Item is the wrong size.
Returns
Returns can be made by mail. To return an item by mail,
follow the following procedure:
Pack your items and attach the return label that was
included in your package. Go to your nearest post
office and pay the necessary postage. Larger items can be requested for pickup.
Furniture is non-refundable once assembled or must be original packaging.
Non-Returnable categories (custom items, hygiene products, assembled furniture, etc.)

Exchanges for sizing or color errors allowed
No Exchanges for special-order or high-value items like jewelry or furniture
